COVID-19 Update

The COVID-19 (coronavirus) is having a significant impact on the lives of all Australians. I want to share with you everything Vegan Style is doing so we can continue delivering you the best quality vegan shoes and accessories, whilst protecting the health and safety of our staff and customers in relation to the spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus).

WE ARE STILL OPEN!

FITZROY BOUTIQUE

• Staff are being super diligent in keeping all of the surfaces, shelves and shoes clean and sanitised multiple times throughout the day.
• The EFTPOS machine is wiped with rubbing alcohol after every customer to insure it is safe for the next person to touch.
• We are preferring electronic transactions over cash due to hygiene.
• All staff are using hand sanitiser before we open shoe boxes and at the end of every transaction.
• Also keeping a mindful distance between ourselves and the public, its not because we don’t love you, we just want to see everybody is safe!
• We also have hand sanitiser available on the desk for customers and encourage use before touching products on display.

ONLINE STORE

• For online orders we are ensuring staff have sanitised hands before checking and packing of orders to ensure the safety of the person receiving them.

While our stores remain open for business, we recognise you may prefer to shop online at veganstyle.com.au. Our friendly customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 11am – 6:00pm AEDT.
