Shipping to an Australian address

  • Orders are usually shipped no later than two working days after the payment has been received. In most cases, items are shipped same day or the following day.
  • All payments made on the online store are collected with PayPal or AfterPay. We offer other payment options available including direct bank transfer or via phone. Please contact us via our email address at or on +61 3 8669 1471 if you would prefer another payment method.
  • We ship all items via a variety of carriers, to ensure we find the best service for you. All shipments come with a tracking number which will be provided to you at the time of shipment. 
  • We offer both Parcel Post and Express Post options, you can choose which you prefer when you place your order.

Please note, we are unable to refund or provide credit on sale items so please choose carefully! However, we will happily exchange for a different size or product.

General information

  • If we send the incorrect size or item to you, let us know straight away and we’ll resolve the problem as quickly as possible. We will reimburse all postage expenses.
  • Let us know if your order doesn't arrive in a timely manner and we will follow up with the delivery agent.
  • Occasionally, stock levels may differ from what is displayed on the website. If you we are unable to provide you with the ordered item, we will refund your order and shipping charges in full. 
  • If you feel you have been charged for an order in error, please contact us immediately.
  • From time to time we may run a sale where we discount certain products. We are unable to retrospectively discount an item to the sale price if you purchase an item before we launch the sale. The sale price is only valid for the duration of the sale.

Online purchases - returns policy

Like many other businesses we have been hit hard by the economic impacts COVID-19. Therefore returns may be processed more slowly than in the past. 

  • Received something that didn't fit? No stress! We will happily exchange items that are the incorrect size.
  • Full priced items can be returned for an exchange, store credit or refund, provided they are returned to us unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Returns must include original packaging. We do not accept returns if there is significant damage to the shoe box.
  • We are unable to refund items purchased on sale (including if a discount code was used) and special order items. However we are happy to provide an exchange or store credit. We are also unable to refund gift cards.
  • Both domestic and international customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for returns. 
  • A request to return an item must be made within 14 days from the date on which the item(s) was shipped to you.
    • The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways:
      •  (1) Vegan Style store credits or
      •  (2) a refund in the original form of payment.
    • If your item is being exchanged, Vegan Style will cover the postage of ONE subsequent exchange back to you*, which will be shipped by our standard service, Australia Post – Parcel Post

  • We highly recommend that you send any return items via one of the postal methods that comes with a trackable number. While items rarely get lost in the post, it does happen. This is much less likely to occur if the item has a tracking number. Please note that Vegan Style cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit.
  • Refunds are only paid after goods have been returned to us and have been assessed to be unworn and in saleable condition.
  • We are unable to refund original shipping costs and can only refund the cost of the returned items.
  • If we send you the incorrect item or the item is delivered damaged, we will refund you all shipping costs.  
  • Refunds will be made to the original account used for payment except under limited circumstances where the original account is not available.
  • Please note that you will be charged a restocking free of $10.00 if your order was sent using one of our free shipping offers (available for purchases over $200 AUD and special offers) and the total value of your purchase is reduced to below $200 once a refund has been applied. 
  • Please note we are unable cancel change-of-mind orders. 

AfterPay returns

  • If you made your purchase using Afterpay, we can accept your return for an exchange or store credit within our 14 day return policy.
  • Afterpay is an expensive service for merchants to provide and unfortunately they do not pass on any credits back to us when a refund is processed. Customers wishing to receive a refund on their Afterpay purchase will be charged a 5% restocking fee and the remaining refund amount will be processed through your Afterpay account.


In-store purchases - returns policy

Changed your mind? We will exchange your item or provide you with a credit note provided:

  • you return the item within 14 days
  • you can produce your original receipt or proof or purchase
  • the item is in a sell-able condition

Faulty goods

Please let us know as soon as possible if you believe your purchased item is faulty. Once you have returned the item to Vegan Style, an assessment will be made by our quality control team and we may need to consult with either or both the manufacturer and a shoe repair professional.

In most cases we will send the item to a repair specialist, if the item is unable to be repaired we will offer a replacement where possible. If neither of these of these options are viable we will process a refund. Faults will be assessed by us  If the product is not found to be faulty it will be returned to you.

While we will do our best to provide advice. However, we are unable to assist in the form of a repair, refund or replacement for goods that have been damaged through misuse or abnormal use.

Please note that we are unable offer repairs for items purchased from any other retailer.
